These natural variations are part of the product and not considered defects.

Once an order is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products:

Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items

Any issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery
If there’s a problem, we’ll make it right—but we do require photos for verification.
